Maltepe Villa Bioclimatic Pergola
A bioclimatic pergola and zip screen installation for a villa terrace in Maltepe.
For the terrace area of a villa located in Maltepe, we installed a bioclimatic pergola with zip screens on the sides. The system was made suitable for four-season use with motorized louvers and a rain sensor.
