Since 2005, Ekim Yapı Sistemleri has designed, manufactured and installed winter garden and roof systems across İstanbul and beyond, handling every stage in-house. A winter garden is a glass-and-aluminium structure that turns your outdoor space into a four-season living area, protecting you from the sun in summer and from cold and rain in winter. Thanks to our thermally insulated profiles and double-glazed applications, your winter garden minimises heat loss in winter and stays cool in summer with dedicated ventilation. It can be applied to terraces, verandas, poolside areas and rooftops alike.

Glass Roof and Retractable Roof Systems

Depending on your needs, we offer fixed glass roof systems or retractable roof systems. A fixed glass roof fully encloses the space for maximum insulation, while our openable winter garden roofs let you open the ceiling whenever the weather is pleasant. With folding roof systems and retractable glass ceilings you can turn your terrace, garden or café into an open-air space at the touch of a button. Every winter garden roofing project includes waterproofing, concealed drainage and wind resistance as standard, engineered for İstanbul's weather.

Fixed Roof Cladding and Wind Breakers

Our complementary solutions include fixed roof cladding and wind-breaker systems. Fixed roof cladding permanently and thermally encloses an existing terrace, while wind-breaker glass panels block side winds to keep the seating area comfortable. Double glazed roofing panels provide both thermal and acoustic insulation; on İstanbul panel roof system projects, double glazing noticeably lowers winter heating costs.

Tailored Solutions

We build wide-span glass roof systems for restaurants and cafés, and elegant, compact winter garden solutions for homes and villas. Optional automation adds rain and wind sensors, motorised roof movement and remote control. We run a dedicated structural calculation for every project and temper the glass to guarantee safety.
