Glass Railing Models

We produce glass railings with different support systems. In the minimal aluminium-profile (base) system the glass sits in a U profile at the bottom; in the point-fixing (spigot) system the glass is fixed with stainless or aluminium holders. The balustrade model adds a wood, aluminium or stainless handrail on top of the glass, while the frameless model uses only glass for a fully transparent look.

Glass and Safety

Glass railing systems use 8-12 mm tempered glass or laminated (two layers with an interlayer) safety glass. Laminated glass is preferred on high floors and in homes with children because it keeps the pieces together even if it breaks. All systems are calculated to the relevant safety and load standards, and the glass is thickened for İstanbul's wind load.
